Hi David, only seeing this now. With most people after adding a card to cards (so not Top up) and then accepting a red packet it works. Maybe try another card, VISA generally seem to work. Wechat has announced credit card support, but I am still not able to top up with credit card (and haven't heard from anyone who is)
